David Holland
David is known for his no-nonsense approach in coaching and mentoring clients in their goal to achieve sustained good health and physical fitness. David is South Australia's only Level 2 PICP Strength Coach of the world renowned Strength Coach Charles Poliquin.
Hayden McGeary
Hayden provides a direct no nonsense training approach specific to suit the client goals. With a passion for sports specific training, Hayden can assist you in getting the most out of your body and training.
Isaac Hall
Isaac has been a state champion bodybuilder. Through his own training he has developed the skills to train clients both in gaining strength and also those looking to lose weight, tone up and train for a specific sporting goal.
Tim Hatchard
The newest member on our team. Tim has a very holistic approach to training the body. He approaches every training session with functionality at the forefront of his mind.
Scott Rose
Scott manages our Personal Training and Gym Floor departments. Scott has been a lecturer in the industry and developed personal trainers for the past 5 years. He has been working at Blackwood Fitness since 2011.
